We do not use this computer much at all. We all have our own laptops we use most of the time and even then none of use use any of our computers more than homework and surfing the net and photo downloads. In two weeks time the computer now has a white screen and we have tried to back up the computer but it isn't happening so it looks like all our recent pictures will be lost:( I did't buy the computer through amazon but through bestbuy and also bought the warranty. I called and was told that It would have to be shipped off and kept for a minumum of 3 weeks. I don't believe a quality product should be experiencing these type problems.
